4.1. FA4ME understands that the information You provide Us is

to FA4ME is encrypted using advanced technologies, and a password is needed to use
portions of our Services (such as use of the Automatic Interviewing System and payment
in consideration for receipt of the Advice). In accordance with Applicable Laws,
We are required to keep any information You provides us for a period of five (5)
years.
4.2. In addition, back up of Your personal data is made on a daily
basis, on a separate mirror server used for such purpose.
4.3. FA4ME has adopted internal procedures and policies reasonably

to personal information on a need-to-know basis. Only employees who need personal
information to perform a specific task (for example, a customer service representative)
are granted access to it. All of our employees are kept up to date on our privacy

ACCRUE, WHETHER HERETOFORE ASSERTED OR UNASSERTED, KNOWN OR UNKNOWN, ARISING

6. Children Under the Age of 16
The Website is not intended for children under the age of 16, and FA4ME does not

the age of 16.
